This role requires proven supervisory experience in a quality bar, strong wine and spirits knowledge, and a creative approach to drinks development that keeps evolving the venue’s offering.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-quality bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails; mixology expertise.
• Creative menu development and passion for evolving drinks offerings.
