Job summary

The Daisy at Evelyn’s, a Parisian Pigalle-inspired bar in Manchester, is reopening after a renovation and is seeking an ambitious bartender to join the team and help bring the Daisy to life.

You will love working with top ingredients and delivering outstanding service to guests, with a solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails and a passion for mixology.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar environment.

The Daisy at Evelyn’s

A Parisian Pigalle-inspired bar with local resident DJs playing every weekend. Expect late-night escapism with a plush, loft-party energy and a refined drinks menu.

The Daisy is currently undergoing an exciting renovation, and we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be back open with a fresh new look in early October. As we prepare for this next chapter, we’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring Bartender to join the team and help bring the new Daisy to life.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate bartender to come and join our team. You will love working with the best ingredients and providing outstanding service to all our guests.

About You

You will have:

• previous experience within a similar role an environment
• solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails;
• a good understanding of mixology and a passion for creating great drinks;

You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible 'can do' approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required. You will be friendly and supportive of colleagues and willing to share your knowledge and skills with others.
