HSL Recruitment are partnering with a vibrant hospitality venue in Leamington Spa to recruit an experienced Bar Manager. You will oversee daily bar operations, lead a busy front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest service during peak periods.

You will work closely with the General Manager, schedule staff, manage stock and costs, and uphold licensing and safety standards in a fast-paced, events-driven venue.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Bar Manager or similar hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Ability to manage busy service periods and events.
