Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee day and night operations across multiple bar venues. You will lead a team of bartenders and supervisors, maintain stock, and ensure service standards remain consistently high while driving training and development for the team.

You will also support events, promotions and new menu launches, with a focus on cocktails, whisky expertise and exceptional guest service.

Formación

• Experience leading or supervising a bar team.
• Passion for drinks, service, and guest experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to oversee multiple venues.
• Interest in cocktails and whisky, with knowledge of drinks trends.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day and night bar operations to ensure smooth service.
