Key responsibilities of your role as Reception Manager:

• Supervise the daily operation of the bar and the duties of all bar staff. Work alongside the Bar Manager in daily operations.
• Assist in training all employees to ensure they have the necessary skills for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding hygiene, licensing laws, weights, and measures applicable to the restaurant.
• Monitor standards and supplies of all restaurant equipment, informing the management team of any needs.
• Conduct regular departmental communication meetings.
• Adhere to cleaning checklists and opening/closing procedures, ensuring staff are aware and tasks are completed.
• Carry out closing duties when the manager is absent from the floor.

• At least 2 years of experience in this position
• Solution-driven and able to work under pressure during peak service times
