The C&B Bar Manager oversees the Conference and Events bar service, ensuring high-quality, efficient beverage service that enhances guest experience and complies with licensing regulations.

What will I be doing?

As a C&B Bar Manager, your responsibilities include managing the bar service to deliver high standards, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, training staff on beverage preparation and service, maintaining health and safety standards, managing team performance and development, handling staffing issues, administration, revenue forecasting, and maximizing sales through upselling and excellent service.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have supervisory customer service experience, a warm personality, excellent communication skills, resilience, accountability, and IT proficiency. Experience in a similar role and a passion for guest service are advantageous.
