Bar Manager Nela London (Opening 2025) -Located at The Whiteley, Queensway

Your Role

AsBar Manager, you’ll takefull ownershipof the bar operation. You will lead ateam of 10and shapeone of London’s most exciting drinks programmes. Expect to work with techniques likefat washing, sous videinfusions, smoking,clarification, and house ferments.

You willpush creative boundarieswhile keeping a sharp focus on consistency, speed, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring high standards across service, stock, and cleanliness
• Work with chefs to create cocktails that inspire and complement the food menu
• Create and maintain a high-quality drinks menu with a focus on cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Train, supervise, and inspire the bar team
• Collaborate with the senior team to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Manage budgets, costs, and supplier relationships
• Uphold licensing, safety, and hygiene compliance
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end venue
• Strong product knowledge acrosscocktailsas well as spirits, and wine
• In Depth knowledge of modern technique such as fat washing, Sous Vide infusion, Smoking, clarification and house fements to name a few
• A guest-first mindset and calm approach under pressure
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and multitasking skills
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
