Job summary

Zanna Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily operations of the Bar, develop creative drinks menus and train staff across all aspects of the drinks program.

The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer service, staying current with industry trends, and driving stock control and GP performance while inspiring a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Understanding of mixology and creating great drinks.
• Understanding of financials, including GP maintenance and stock control.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Hands-on, solution-focused approach to problems.

The Role

You will be responsible for overall management and daily operations of the Bar. Your duties will include creative menu development and staff training on all aspects of the drinks menu. You will ensure customer service standards are maintained and elevated at all times.

You will have:

• previous experience within a supervisory / management role;
• solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails;
• a real understanding of mixology and a passion for creating great drinks;
• a good understanding of financials, including GP maintenance and stock control;
• the ability to motivate and inspire a team; and
• a solution focussed ' hands on' approach to problems
