Heartwood Collection is seeking a Bar Manager to lead a vibrant bar team across its cosy pubs and brasseries. You will inspire guests with excellent hospitality, share knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and beers, and drive top service standards.

The role offers a flexible 30–48 hour contract, on-target earnings including TRONC, bespoke training through our Stepping Stones programme, and benefits like early pay access and staff discounts.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years' experience in Bar Manager or senior bar leadership roles.
• Experience in stock management, GP margins, wastage control.

Bar Manager

On Target Earnings £16 – £16.50 per hour Including TRONC*

(Basic from £13.02 plus expected TRONC £3 – £3.50 per hour)

About You:

• Passionate and vibrant personality, a real people person who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional hospitality and making every guest experience memorable.
• A genuine passion for drinks, with excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and beers, and the confidence to share that knowledge with guests and inspire your team.
• Confident in leading a busy bar operation, delivering outstanding service standards and training, motivating and developing a high-performing bar team.
• Commercially aware, with experience in stock management, ordering, cellar management, GP margins, wastage control and driving beverage sales and profitability.
• Ideally 2–3 years' experience in a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager or senior bar leadership role within a quality pub, restaurant or branded hospitality environment, with a hands‑on approach and the ability to support the General Manager in the successful running of the business.
