Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at The Other House located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, managing inventory, creating new cocktails or drink menus, hiring and training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar management, including inventory management and staff supervision
• Knowledge of creating and developing drink menus and cocktails
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-end hospitality environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality industry is beneficial
