Job summary

Chilled Pubs is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and inspire the bar team, delivering a seamless guest experience and driving cocktail creativity. You will run team meetings, coaching sessions and development, while overseeing cellar management and stock control.

Aligning with higher standards, you will manage rotas and staffing levels, ensure efficient service flow, and maintain an outstanding guest experience across all shifts. This role is based on-site at our pubs in the UK.

• Experience delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Strong focus on staff development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the bar team and run team meetings.
• Develop coaching sessions and staff development plans.
• Oversee cellar management, stock and stock control.
• Manage rotas and staffing levels to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor service flow and ticket times to maintain guest experience.
