Key elements of your role as Reception Manager:

• Supervise the daily operation of the bar and the daily duties of all the bar staff. Work alongside the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the Bar Department.
• Assist in training all employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently and productively.
• Be fully aware of current legislation regarding hygiene, licensing laws, weights and measures as they apply to the restaurant.
• Monitor standards and supply of all restaurant equipment, ensuring the management team is aware of any needs.
• Conduct and contribute to regular departmental communication meetings.
• Adhere to cleaning checklists and opening/closing procedures, ensuring staff are aware and these are completed.
• Ensure the bar manager's closing duties are carried out when the manager is absent from the floor.

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in this position
• Solution-driven and able to work under pressure during peak service
• Passionate about providing exceptional guest service
• Excellent English language skills
