Sanremo, The Italian Restaurant in Bath is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional Italian hospitality. You will manage daily operations, ensure superb drinks and guest service, and mentor bartenders to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a comparable leadership role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar operations.
• Advanced English is required; Italian would be an advantage.

BAR MANAGER

Sanremo, The Italian Restaurant, -and our brigada is growing.

We're looking for an experienced, energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help us bring great Italian hospitality to the city. If you know classic cocktails, love creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy developing a brilliant team, we'd love to hear from you.
