Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking an Assistant Bar Lounge Manager to lead all-day operations of the Bar Lounge, upholding the brand's standards of service and presentation. You will work with the Bar Lounge Manager to develop strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will train and mentor the team, foster a creative, high-performance culture, and participate in recruitment to attract top talent.

• Proven ability to lead, manage and train teams effectively.
• Customer-focused leadership with revenue awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage all-day operations of the Bar Lounge to high standards.
