Base pay range

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Relief Bar Host to join our friendly hospitality team at our Lovat Fields Retirement Village based in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Host to join our friendly team and support the village’s commitment in delivering ExtraCare’s mission of “better lives for older people".

• Position: Bar Host - Relief
• Hourly Rate: £13.23 per hour
• Hours: Ad hoc - to cover holiday, sickness, weekends, evenings, events
• Location: Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED

What will you do as our Relief Bar Host?

• Welcome all customers and provide a professional, helpful, and friendly service.
• Support in arranging bar entertainments.
• Carry out quality training, supervision or coaching of our bar volunteers or other staff.
• Carry out stock control procedures and ensure all stock takes are carried out correctly.
• Positively promote sales awareness within the bar team.
• Be aware of who the personal License Holder is, and challenge suspected underage drinking.
