Job summary

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, home to Cloud 23, is seeking a Bar Host to welcome guests, guide them to seats and explain menus. You will assist customers in person, on the phone and via email, and work with the Bar Management team to ensure seamless service.

You should be available 24 hours per week across 3 shifts, including evenings and weekends, with experience in a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel and familiarity with an F&B booking system.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Restaurant/Bar/Hotel as Host/Receptionist/Senior Waiting Staff.
• Experience using an F&B booking system is preferred.
• Availability to work 24 hours per week across 3 shifts, including evenings and weekends.
