Job summary

Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a friendly Bar Assistant for our Grand Hotel. The role involves serving beer, wine, spirits and cocktails to resident guests and wedding parties, delivering a warm, high‑standard service in a five‑star environment.

We offer full-time (35 hrs) and part-time (20 hrs) contracts, with evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts. No previous bar experience is required, as full training will be provided and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age due to licensing.
• Polite, well presented and personable.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Some customer service experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine and liqueurs preferred but full training will be given.
• Enthusiasm to learn and hit the ground running.
