Job summary

Caledonian Leisure Ltd invites applications for a Bar Assistant in our Sandown hotel. You will assist in serving food and drink in the bar and restaurant, delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

You will be visible on the floor, handle guest requests, and help upsell products while following company policies for cash handling.

We value teamwork, a can-do attitude, and flexible shifts; live-in accommodation may be available and staff parking is free.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Help serve food and drink in the bar and restaurant area whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
• Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
• To up sell products where possible.
• Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
• To assist and positively contribute to the smooth running of the Bar department.
• To perform all reasonable requests by Management.
