Job summary

Caledonian Leisure Ltd invites applications for a Bar Assistant in our Sandown hotel. You will assist in serving food and drink in the bar and restaurant, delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

You will be visible on the floor, handle guest requests, and help upsell products while following company policies for cash handling.

• Support smooth operation of the Bar department.
• Complete reasonable requests from Management.
