Portello Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Front of House Team Members in the UK. The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest in a welcoming hospitality team.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Portello Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. Experience isn’t essential — if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest!

About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
