Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Conto Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll join a growing brand known for its people and hospitality, with flexible hours and a focus on excellent service. Training is provided, so experience isn’t essential.

Expect to work in a lively environment, delivering warm hospitality, serving drinks and food to spec, and creating a memorable guest experience across all shifts.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Conto Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shiftHandling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
