Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Casco Lounge, a local café bar. £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. We welcome all at-lover of hospitality with a friendly, can-do attitude—experience isn’t essential and we’ll teach you the rest.

Join our Bar & Waiting team across England and Wales, working with a supportive crew to deliver warm hospitality. Flexible, part-time or full-time options are available, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
