Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Cordero Lounge, a casual café bar. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and dishes, keep the area spotless, and handle payments with care.

Experience isn’t essential — we’ll teach you. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, staff meals every shift, 50% off food and drinks from day one, flexible hours, and a supportive team that celebrates great hospitality.

• Experience in hospitality is a bonus but not required.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
