Job summary

Como Lounge in Witney is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Loungers plc. You’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks, and make sure everyone leaves happy. Experience isn’t essential—we’ll teach you the rest in a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
