Job summary

Loungers plc operates Bruto Lounge, a local cafe bar, seeking Front of House Team Members. You’ll greet guests, serve food and drinks, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; we’ll teach you the ropes and offer career opportunities within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure dishes land well.
• Prepare and serve drinks including coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout shifts.
• Handle payments accurately and answer allergen questions confidently.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Bruto Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do
