Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Soffio Lounge, a local café bar. As part of a growing brand with over 300 sites, you’ll enjoy up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, and a free meal on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

Job description

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Soffio Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026.
