Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Palomo Lounge, a casual dining brand with over 300 sites across England and Wales. Expect up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a generous 50% discount on food and drinks from day one.

Join a friendly bar and waiting team, where experience isn’t essential and hospitality training is provided. Flexible contracts mean evenings and weekends may apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with warm hospitality.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure dishes land well.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee and cocktails.
• Keep the bar stocked, prepped and clean throughout shifts.
• Handle payments accurately and address customer questions confidently.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
