Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Barco Lounge, a local cafe bar, part of our growing Lounges brand. You’ll join a friendly team and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You'll welcome customers, deliver hospitality, serve food and drinks to high standards, and handle payments with care. Experience isn’t essential— we’ll teach you the rest and support your development with training and career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.

• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.

Job description

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Barco Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more.
