Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Dorado Lounge, a local cafe bar. Earn up to £12.71/hr + tips, with breaks paid and 50% off food and drinks from day one. The role fits part-time or flexible schedules and includes benefits like staff meals, and annual staff events.

As part of the Bar & Waiting team, you’ll greet customers, serve food and drinks, keep the bar tidy, and assist guests with enquiries. We welcome kind, hospitality-loving individuals even without experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not essential.
• Ability to read customers and adapt your style to the moment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, ensuring each dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
