Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Barolo Lounge, a cosy café bar within the Loungers group. You’ll join the Barolo Lounge team, delivering friendly hospitality and serving food and drinks to a high standard across shifts.

This role offers up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% food & drinks discount from day one. Great for someone who loves hospitality and wants flexible work with teaching support.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t essential; full training provided.
• Able to read orders and serve customers with a smile.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
