Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Zafferano Lounge, a local café bar. Earn up to £12.71/hr + tips, with staff meals, 50% off food & drinks from day one, and paid breaks. Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest in a friendly, supportive team.

Join the Bar & Waiting team to deliver warm hospitality across all customer interactions, from quiet coffee moments to festive cocktails. Flexible shifts, no uniform policy, and career progression on offer.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience not required; friendly, kind and eager to learn welcomed.
• Enjoy helping customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to read customers and tailor service to their needs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with warm hospitality from entry.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and serve drinks to spec—coffee, cocktails, etc.
• Keep the bar stocked, prepped, and clean throughout shifts.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Zafferano Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
