Job summary

Lounges are looking for Front of House Team Members for Faro Lounge in the Loungers brand, a casual dining group recognized for staff perks and flexible hours. You’ll greet guests, serve food and drinks, and support the team to ensure every guest leaves happy.

Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest. Enjoy up to £12.71/hr plus tips, staff meals, and 50% off food & drinks from day one, with shifts including evenings and weekends where needed.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Faro Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
