Loungers plc’s Condado Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members in the United Kingdom. Join a welcoming cafe bar environment where you’ll read customers, serve and prepare drinks, and work with a friendly team.

We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, including alcohol across our brands. Experience isn’t essential — we’ll teach you the rest and support your growth.

About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
