Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members at Casco Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll join a welcoming team delivering warm hospitality, reading customers, serving drinks and food, and ensuring guests leave happy.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
