Job summary

Loungers, a growing casual dining brand, invites you to join Valeroso Lounge as a Front of House Team Member. You’ll greet guests with warmth, take orders, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied, whether it’s a quiet coffee or a celebration cocktail.

We offer hourly pay up to £12.71 plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, 50% off food and drinks from day one, and genuine career development. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
