Marston's PLC is seeking a bartender to join our pub team. You will be the face of our pubs, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and food. New to hospitality? This is a starter opportunity with progression potential and a supportive environment.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. Whether you're an expert now or you're just starting out, we're here to help you become your absolute best. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
• Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
