Job summary

Hotel du Vin in Newcastle is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across our busy restaurant and bar. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen and management, and helping to deliver the highest standard of service.

We offer a permanent contract with flexible shifts across seven days. The role suits an experienced hospitality professional looking to progress within a renowned brand and enjoy excellent staff

• Experience in a busy restaurant/bar environment.
