Job summary

F1 Arcade UK in Birmingham is seeking a Barback to support fast-paced hospitality operations. You’ll help set up and break down the bar, restock products and glassware, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service.

You will assist with inventory monitoring and ensure safe handling of bar equipment. Experience in guest-facing environments is a plus, and you will work as part of a vibrant team with generous staff benefits and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced guest-facing environments is advantageous.
• Able to work as part of a team and individually when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed.

We’re looking for a Barback to join our team at our {LOCATION} location.

Key Responsibilities of the Barback:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low.
• Follow all hygiene & safety procedures, ensuring safe handling of alcohol and bar equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment for our guests.
• Specific qualifications relevant to the role

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

• Working in a fast paced guest facing environment, preferably within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Working as part of a wider team, but carrying out tasks individually.
