Job summary

TeamSport is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader/supervisor to craft memorable experiences in our leisure venue. You will manage daily F&B operations, train crew, and ensure safety and brand standards while delivering warm, high-energy service to customers.

With peak times in the evenings and weekends, you will lead by example, balance profitability with guest satisfaction, and work closely with the General Manager. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within leisure/hospitality.
• Hands-on F&B experience is desirable.
• Strong guest-service orientation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the F&B function.
• Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B.
• Maintain brand standards and safety compliance at all times.
• Handle stock control, HACCP, and staff rotas.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to meet profitability targets.

Your Duties

As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
