Job summary

TeamSport is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader/supervisor to lead our in-house dining and bar experiences at our Crawley venue. You will craft exceptional customer experiences, whip up delicious offerings, and inspire the crew to bring energy and fun to every shift.

You will be responsible for day-to-day F&B operations, staff training, and maintaining brand standards and safety (HACCP). Flexibility for peaks in evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles within the leisure/hospitality sector.
• Hands-on F&B experience with knowledge of brand and safety standards.
• Ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and service delivery.
• Train new and existing crew on all areas of F&B.
• Maintain stock control, HACCP compliance and staff rotas.
• Collaborate with General Manager to drive profitability.

Your Duties

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
• Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B
• Always maintain brand and safety standardsAdministration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas
• Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability

As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
