Job summary

TeamSport is seeking personable Customer Service Operatives to provide friendly service at our fuel bar. You will engage customers, prepare food and drinks, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

We value a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and team collaboration to deliver memorable guest experiences across our venues.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and approachable with customers.
• Prioritise excellent customer service.
• Proactive and positive attitude in a fast-paced bar environment.

• Work well as part of a close-knit team.
• Age 18+ due to serving alcohol without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and prepare hot and cold food and drinks.
• Handle payments efficiently and accurately.
• Manage stock and assist with inventory.
• Upsell offers, events and merchandise to maximise guest experience.
