Job summary

TeamSport is seeking an energetic F&B Team Leader/supervisor to drive excellent guest experiences across our food and beverage offerings. You will lead a lively crew, craft great service and ensure safety and brand standards in a busy leisure environment.

With hands-on supervisory experience in hospitality, you’ll train staff, manage stock and rotas, and work with the General Manager to boost profitability during peak evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the food and beverage scene.
• Supervisory experience in hospitality required.
• Ability to lead a team and train crew.

As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
