Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy consulting experience with a strong analytical foundation.
• Extensive finance for banks expertise and knowledge of industry dynamics.
• Proficiency in KPIs, accounting principles, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience in financial transformation, process redesign, and system changes.
• Ability to lead strategic change initiatives and manage risk in transformation projects.
• Strong English language skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation workstreams for banking clients from diagnostic to execution.
• Drive sales growth and business development, building relationships with global clients.
• Work with global strategic accounts, shaping agendas with senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across product, delivery, architecture, and technology teams.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to provide strategic guidance on banking performance and transformation.
• Contribute to internal capability building and evolution of our finance transformation offering.
• Bring subject matter expertise on bank steering (KPIs, accounting, performance management).
