Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/program management within banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking environments, processes, stakeholders.
• Experience managing tech/software delivery projects.
• Strong Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and the SDLC.
• Analytical with ability to work through large datasets; AI literacy.
• Python experience is a plus for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with APIs, systems integration, or cloud technologies is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Jira activities and work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support software and technology delivery initiatives with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams.
• Coordinate requirements, development, testing, UAT, releases, and implementation across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze large volumes of data using Excel to identify trends, issues, and insights.
• Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business, technology, and other stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.
• Translate complex technical and business information into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
