NatWest Group is seeking a Sustainability Manager to translate strategy into action, embedding sustainability across business priorities and supporting disclosure and reporting requirements.

You will gather and analyse data on sustainability outcomes, partner with internal and external experts, and deliver changes while attending the office at least two days a week in a 13‑month role.

Formación

• Strategic thinking and analytical skills required.
• Background in project and budget management.
• Knowledge of sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• Understanding of the financial services industry.

Responsabilidades

• Embed sustainability into business strategy and respond to evolving disclosure requirements.
• Support annual reporting, respond to benchmarks, manage sustainability web content, and monitor commitments.
• Create and implement engagement plans, working with key stakeholders across the bank.
• Present sustainability developments to stakeholders across the business area.
