NatWest Group in London is seeking a Digital Assets Product Manager to define and deliver the digital asset product strategy for NatWest Markets. You will work across capital markets, payments and digital money to shape propositions, build business cases and drive commercial growth.

You will partner with Sales, Trading, Treasury and Technology to deliver innovative client solutions, while staying ahead of regulatory developments and market trends.

Competenze

• Commercially minded with experience in product management, strategy, business development or programme delivery in financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, tokenisation, digital money, payments or capital markets.
• Proven track record of developing product strategies and translating them into actionable delivery roadmaps.
• Comfortable navigating complex organisations, influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams.

Mansioni

• Support Head of Fixed Income and Digital Asset Product with development, delivery and ongoing management of NWM’s digital asset product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify, assess, design and deliver new digital asset propositions with alignment across stakeholders.
• Develop commercial opportunities across digital money, tokenised securities, stablecoins, tokenised funds and market infrastructure.
• Build compelling business cases, drive investment decisions and lead product development from concept through to launch and commercial growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Treasury, Payments, Technology and wider NWG stakeholders to deliver client solutions and partner with external clients, fintechs and industry bodies.
