Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Sustainability Manager in the United Kingdom to translate strategy into action and help deliver sustainability goals as part of the bank’s business plan. You will gather and analyse data on sustainability outcomes, partner with internal experts and external specialists, and advance progress across the organisation.

The role covers a 13-month period, with a requirement to attend the office in person a minimum of two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining relationships at different levels.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present and articulate sustainability strategy.
• Understanding of how sustainability and corporate responsibility impact businesses, clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to embed sustainability into business strategy across the bank.
• Support annual reporting processes and respond to sustainability benchmarks.
• Create and implement engagement plans with stakeholders; monitor commitments to external initiatives.
• Present ideas and developments across the sustainability agenda to stakeholders.
• Support broader research, insights and engagement with specialist sustainability stakeholders.
