Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Banking and Finance Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE for a London-based role. You will advise lenders, corporates and sponsors on a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.

You will lead matters with supervision and work closely with clients to deliver innovative funding solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in banking and finance.
• Strong background in corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance (as applicable).
• Excellent drafting and technical skills, strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead on financing transactions with supervision.
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
• Support business development and referral opportunities.

THE ROLE

The appointed Solicitor will join a highly regarded team advising lenders, corporates and sponsors on a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. You will take the lead on transactions with appropriate supervision, managing matters from instruction through to completion, whilst working closely with clients to deliver innovative and commercially focused funding solutions. You will also support and mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with colleagues across the firm and play an active role in business development and generating referral opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years' PQE and a strong background in Banking and Finance. You will have experience in corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance, together with the confidence to manage transactions and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness.
