SaccoMann in Birmingham is looking for a Banking Solicitor (2–7 PQE) to join their Banking & Finance team, advising lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on high-value transactions.

You will work with recognised specialists, develop lasting client relationships, and contribute to cross-border matters. The role offers hybrid working, early responsibility, and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years' PQE in Banking & Finance
• Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on finance transactions
• Strong drafting and technical skills

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Banking Solicitor (2–7 PQE) to join the Birmingham office of a leading law firm.

Working alongside recognised specialists, you'll advise a broad range of lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on high-value banking and finance transactions. The team acts on complex domestic and cross-border matters, offering exposure to sophisticated work and excellent opportunities for career progression.

The Role

You'll advise on a varied range of banking and finance matters, including:

• Corporate and acquisition finance
• Real estate finance
• Asset-based lending and receivables finance
• Bilateral and syndicated lending transactions
• Drafting and negotiating finance documentation
• Supporting business development and building strong client relationships

You'll work closely with partners while taking responsibility for your own matters and developing lasting client relationships.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• 2–7 years' PQE in Banking & Finance
• Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on finance transactions
• Strong drafting and technical skills
