Job summary

An exciting full-time Banking Solicitor role within a leading national law firm in Birmingham. The successful candidate will advise on asset-based lending transactions, working closely with Partners across a varied caseload, drafting security documents and reviewing facility agreements.

PQE of 4+ years is required; strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential.
